Meet the Cast

Isabella Grace Armbrust (Cook, First Spirit, Mrs. Cratchit, Girl) is a junior with an interest in art, poetry, and theatre. She has performed previously as William Blore in HSP’s And Then There Were None, Howie Newsome in HSP’s Our Town, and has worked backstage on several productions. She would like to shout out her classmate Jacob for knowing his lines, Juneau and Jonathan for staying up far past a reasonable hour definitely practicing those lines, Ashley for always being there to pray for her when she needed it, and Mr. Davis, for sticking around this long. She wouldn’t have made it this far without any of you.

Isabella Castelloe (Gentlewoman Visitor, Charwoman, Ben Benjamin, Fezziwig, Second Spirit) is 17 years old. When she’s freed from the Cracker Barrel prison, she loves to crochet and listen to music, preferably classic rock. Most memorable roles have been Peppermint Patty in You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown (2023), and Dr. Armstrong in And Then There Were None (2024). She would like to thank Mr. Davis for sharing his knowledge and helping her become a better actress. She would also like to thank her family and friends for supporting her, and above all else, she’d like to thank the Lord for touching this production and carrying her through it.

Ashley Covington (Sparsit, Fan, Sweetheart, Tiny Tim, Third Spirit, Boy) is a junior in high school. She’s been in theater since she was eight years old, and has been in many performances, including Oliver! with HSP (Mrs. Sowerberry/ensemble), Our Town with HSP Performing Arts (Mrs. Gibbs), Into the Woods Jr. with Stonebridge (Jack’s mother), The Pilgrim’s Progress with Logos theatre (Hopeful), Beauty and the Beast Jr. with Stonebridge (Le Filles 1), And Then There Were None with HSP (Vera Claythorne), and several other productions. Along with acting, she’s a singer, dancer, and pianist. She is elated to be acting alongside her friends and to showcase such a traditional Christmas show! She would like to thank Mr. Davis, her family, and God.

Jacob Cutchin (Nephew Fred, Warder, Young Scrooge, Peter, Coachman) has been involved with HSP Performing Arts since 2021 when he performed in Narnia, the Musical as a dwarf in his debut acting role! Jacob has grown in his theatre arts skills since then, and has performed in many HSP productions including Oliver, Not Your Average Joe, Charlie Brown, and And Then There Were None - his first full-length stage play. In June 2024 Jacob played the role of Scarecrow in Wizard of Oz, Jr., and surprised us with his velvety baritone vocal skills. Jacob loves the art of performance, and loves studying under Mr. Davis Haymes. Jacob would like to thank Mr. Davis for being a great teacher and mentor.

Juneau Frisbie Baade (Ebenezer Scrooge) is 16 years old. Juneau has previously performed with HSP Performing Arts as Sir Lawrence Wargrave (And Then There Were None), and Dr. Gibbs (Our Town), as well as ensemble roles in Oliver! and Narnia, the Musical. He has enjoyed roles with The Academy of Arts in The Pilgrim's Progress and Kingdom's Dawn. Favorite musical roles Juneau has held include Beast (Beauty & the Beast Jr), Mr. Banks (Mary Poppins Jr.), Baker (Into the Woods Jr.), and Man in Chair (The Drowsy Chaperone Jr.), each with TADA. In addition to acting, Juneau has enjoyed working tech and backstage for a number of productions. Beyond theatre, Juneau loves music, singing, classical voice, playing and composing on the piano, and attending live performances of all kinds. He is enamored with theology, apologetics, history, languages, writing, and art. Juneau would like to thank his acting teacher and director, Mr. Davis Haymes; his music teachers: Mrs. Margaret McLewin, Mr. Hunter Enoch, Mr. Don Davis; his first musical theatre teacher (from ages 8-11), Mrs. Lisa Hernandez; current musical theatre directors, Ms. Alyssa Harney and Ms. Michelle Pudwill-Shiels; Mom, Dad, Meleao, Grandma and Grandpa, for your love and support. Gal. 5:6

Jonathan Sandow (Bob Cratchit, Jacob Marley, Jack Walton, Dick Wilkins) is a junior in high school and has been heavily involved in theatre since his first production, Not Your Average Joe, in 2022. Since then, some of the roles he’s played are Wally in Our Town (2023), Majordomo Oompa Loompa in Willy Wonka (2024), Cogsworth in Beauty and The Beast Jr. (2024), and Philip Lombard in And Then There Were None (2024). Jonathan finds joy both onstage and backstage, having worked in tech, sets, and stage managing a production. When he's not in rehearsal, Jonathan likes jamming out to country music, working out, taking strolls in his neighborhood, and drinking his coffee black. He wants to thank Mr. Davis for being such a great director and friend, thanks to Jesus for walking beside him through all of life's highs, lows, and tech weeks. Enjoy the show and God bless us, everyone!
